Itinerary
Guwahati to Nameri National Park. Night stay at Nameri.
Nameri National Park birding. Morning cross the Jia Bhoroli river by boat to trek inside National Park. Today, White Winged Wood Duck, the very rare and elusive species is our prime target. For this we have to trek about 2 km from the starting point. Catch the other wildlife enroute. Return to camp by lunch. After lunch proceed to Dirang (Arunachal Pradesh). Birding en route. Night stay at Dirang.
Proceed to Mandala Top for high altitude Himalayan birding. the Mandala region is one of the best birding places in the state, as it forms part of the important bird area with the contiguous forest tracts of Shergaon and Kalaktang.Birdwatchers can find species like Blyth’s Tragopan, Ward’s Trogon, and Rufous-necked Hornbill, among others. Return to Dirang by late evening. Night stay at Dirang.

Dirang to Sela Pass. Another Day for Himalayan high altitude birding. Birds like Blood Pheasant,Fire-tailed Myzornis,Snow Partridge,Grandalas are all in our bucket list. Return to camp by late evening. Night stay at Dirang.
Dirangto Tezpur town/Guwahati. Birding en route.
