Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Client Cancellations:

More than 30 days before tour: 90% refund of the paid amount.

15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.

Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be issued.

2.Company Cancellations:

If we cancel due to unforeseen reasons (weather, permits, safety concerns, etc.), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment.

Bank charges or transaction fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
