Itinerary
Upon arrival our representative welcomes you at Guwahati airport. Then our Assam-Meghalaya-Arunachal 15 days tour starts. This is our first day and we are on a local Guwahati tour. First we reach Kamakhya Temple and there after visit Umananda Island and temple. Umananda is the smallest inhabited Island of the world and one has to board on a ferry to reach there. After returning from Umananda ,heading towards Brahmaputra river front. Then we go to Balaji Temple and our local Guwahati tour ends here. Night stay at Guwahati.
Guwahati to Shillong. First we visit Barapani (Umiam) lake and then enter Shillong town to visit Ward Lake, Golf Link etc. After Lunch we will visit Laitlum Canyon. Return to Shillong and night stay at Shillong.
Shillong to Sohra (Cherrapunji). Visit Elephant Falls en route and will reach Sohra by lunch. After Lunch Sohra local sightseeing. Night stay at Sohra.
After breakfast Sohra full day sight-seeing. Kynrem falls, Bangladesh border etc. Night stay at Sohra.
Sohra to Dawki in Meghalaya and Mawlynnong village. Full day sightseeing around Dawki. Night stay either in Dawki or Mawlynnong.
After breakfast drive from Mawlynnongin Meghalaya to Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Will reach Kaziranga by afternoon. Night stay at Kaziranga.
Full day Jeep Safari in Kaziranga in two different Safari Zones. Night stay at Kaziranga.
After breakfast we will drive from Kaziranga to Bomdila Town of Arunachal. After visit few places in and around Bomdila, our night stay will be at Bomdila.
Bomdila to Dirang. Before we reach Dirang we will visit Thembang Fortified village.The village is built within ancient stone fortifications (Dzong), reflecting centuries of history and defence, with some parts dating back to the 11th century. After visiting Thembang we will reach Dirang and visit one or two other places. Night stay at Dirang.
Full day Dirang tour. Today we discover Sangti valley, Chug valley and hot spring etc. Night stay at Dirang.
Dirang to Tawang. Visit Sela Pass, Nuranang fall etc. en route. Will reach Tawang by late afternoon. Night stay at Tawang.
Tawang to Bumla Pass situated at Indo-China border. Visit various placesen route.Return to Tawang and night stay at Tawang.
Tawang local tour. Discover various places in and around Tawang like famous Tawang Monastery etc. Night stay at Tawang.
Back to Dirang from Tawang. Night stay at Dirang.
Dirang to Guwahati. Will reach Guwahati by evening . Night stay at Guwahati. Our Fifteen days Assam,Meghlaya,Arunachal tour will end here.
